Administrative Facilitator
The Administrative Facilitator role at our Aldersyde location ensures the efficient and smooth running of day-to-day operations. Working 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, the individual in this position will work closely with the Management/Supervisory Team and regularly communicate with our clientele and vendors.
As the first point of contact, the individual must be prepared to manage multiple tasks and distractions while appropriately directing internal and external communication and tasks. They will also be motivated, committed and want to grow with us.

As our Administrative Facilitator you will:
Support managers, supervisors and employees, assisting in daily operational needs, managing general administrative activities, marketing implementation, providing superlative customer service and ultimately making this position your own! Essentially, this position aids in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the company with emphasis on client care, sales, marketing and customer communication & satisfaction.

You will lead a group of excited and ready-to-work individuals through their day-to-day work schedules.
As the on the ground lead you will oversee, mentor, and get your hands dirty with a team to care for and beautify the parks and green spaces for our important clients.

Mentoring and fostering responsibility in a 4-5 person crew operating professional lawn equipment. You will ensure efficiency and timelines are met with a can-do attitude and positive supervision style.

You will lead a crew of 2-4 individuals to ensure crew productivity, high customer service standards, quality outcomes and above all done in a safe manner.
As the Crew Lead is also responsible for properly mixing and applying pesticides to a variety of sites with emphasis on the irrigation district and Rural community for pasture lands as per regulations in order to control and or prevent undesirable vegetation.
The Lead is also responsible for operating motors, trucks, Kubota spray units with GPS, trailers and various spray equipment while navigating to and around various areas in the region.
